Ceramic Fiber Board
Ceramic boards or boards are produced from a combination of ceramic fibers and organic and mineral binders under vacuum process. These ceramic boards can be used in the temperature range of 1000 to 1700 degrees Celsius. The density of ceramic boards is between 220 kg / 450 to 450 kg / m3. m3 varies depending on the need.
Due to low heat transfer, these items are good insulators for furnaces and ducts, and their smooth surface facilitates insulation, especially in the underlying layers.
Ceramic boards, also known as chicken wall or shingles, have a high resistance to scaling due to the hot air flow of the furnaces and can be easily cut and shaped with the help of a hand saw blade.
