Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Ceramic blankets are Fireproof, insulating and flexible products that the raw material of this product is bulk ceramic fibers . These fibers produced with flexible and long fibers without using Adhesive Or any other binder. just by creating internal mechanical connections (needlework and sewing) in different thicknesses and densities. Ceramic blankets with light weight and high thermal durability are highly resistant to hot air currents inside the furnace.
Methods of Ceramic Fiber Manufacturing

Spining Method
Spinning is a procedure of manufacturing chemistry fiber, after some macromolecular compound is made to colloidal solution or is fused into melt, extrudes by spinning nozzle pore the process that forms fiber. The length of the fibers obtained from the melt is between 100-300 mm and the diameter is 3 to 5 microns. Lifespan And high durability and tensile strength are the characteristics of this production method.
Blowing Method
ceramic fibers sprayed with a lubricant. then piled on a belt conveyor to form a laminar structure of ceramic fibers. The fibers in this method have a length of 50-100 microns and a diameter of 3-5 mm.
Classification Temperature

HZ – High Zirconia : 1450

HA – High Alumina : 1400

STD – Standard : 1260
