Insulating FireBrick
Lightweight kiln insulation bricks according to JM / ASTM standard are made of high purity refractory clay and alumina. Lightweight bricks are used as a thermal insulation layer and in backup lining and main layers of high temperature industrial furnaces within good physical, mechanical and thermal performance
Attributes

Low thermal conductivity and heat storage

Low impurities

High strength and durability

Thermal Shock Reliability

Accurate Dimensions

These bricks (light insulating bricks) contain compounds of organic materials that are carefully graded and burned and removed during the production process, thus creating a uniform and controlled porosity inside the brick. Each brick grade is formulated to be able to withstand the temperature conditions defined for that grade
